Victoria works with a wide variety of clients and focus on facilitating powerful bodywork healing & reiki sessions as she acts as a guide for you to explore your inner worlds. Victoria fosters a very calming and grounding energy while safely promoting energetic movement to rid you of stagnant energy within your chakra systems.
 
Victoria’s life purpose is to listen, she is able connect with others and empower them to show up in the world with an open heart. She strives to bring love, light, and joy to those around her and to foster a safe place to honour our darkness so we can appreciate and live in our own unique light.

A little more about me & my journey

I am a qualified and insured independent Complementary Therapist offering a range of professional treatments to enhance well-being by re-balancing the connections between your mind and body.

In modern society, we all experience some degree of stress and whilst good stress leaves us feeling motivated & elevates our mood, negative stress manifests in various ways from headaches & irritability, to tension in the body usually found in the neck, shoulders & lower back. As our body prepares to ‘fight or flight’, our immune systems can become compromised & this is when disease sets in, which can lead to illness.

My journey into Complementary Therapies began in 2012. I was mentally, emotionally & physically exhausted, I’d lost my zest for life, whilst going through this low point in my life, a very good friend booked me in for a Reiki Treatment and with each treatment thereafter I could sense a change in me. I decided that I wanted a piece of this life, I wanted to help women to overcome challenges and to have my own complementary therapies business some day…

After many years of training and exams I am now able to live my passion in supporting women to move forward in their life, by helping to release blocks, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

I offer in person complementary treatments to help you to relax, recharge and reconnect with your Self. Sessions are offered at my home based studio garden practice

By carrying out an in-depth consultation at the start of the treatment, I can help identify some of the areas which may require additional focus & dedicate more time to these points to help stimulate the body’s defences to bring you back towards balance. Aftercare advice is always provided at the end of each treatment.
